COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS

  • Rule #1:  If you’re sick, STAY HOME!
  • You must be 21 to enter the building (this includes all restaurants)
  • Masks are recommended; not required.
  • The casino is open 24/7, but some areas of the business may have altered their schedules due to staffing.
  • The casino is deep cleaned every day.  The Sanitizing Team is responsible for disinfecting high-touch areas such as slot machines, table game rails, ATM’s, kiosks, door handles, seats, elevator buttons, etc.
  • Presque Isle Downs & Casino has temporarily suspended the following operations:
    • Shuttle Service
    • Valet Parking
    • Coat Check
    • Poker
    • Motorcoach
    • LBV Steakhouse
    • The Backstretch Buffet
  • Sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer located throughout the casino for our guests.
